【Hong Kong Airport Express】

The Airport Express Airport Station is seamlessly connected to the Hong Kong International Airport and does not have any entry or exit gates, allowing passengers to go through various entrances and exits without carrying heavy luggage.
【Hong Kong Airport Express Product Introduction】
1. Train service time
The Airport Express train runs every 10 minutes. It takes about 24 minutes from the airport to Central(Hong Kong Station), about 18 minutes from the airport to Kowloon Station, and about 14 minutes from the airport to Tsing Yi Station.
From airport to the city:
To downtown: first bus at 05:54, last bus at 00:48
From the city to airport:
Hong Kong Station: First train 05:50, last train 00:48
Kowloon Station: First train 05:53, last train 00:52
Tsing Yi Station: First train 06:00, last train 00:59
Passengers taking the last train must enter the station at least 5 minutes before the train departs.

2. Information of each station
Airport Express Airport Station
The Airport Station is connected to the Hong Kong International Airport, allowing passengers to feel relaxed and at home when entering and leaving the airport.
After arriving passengers have collected their luggage and gone through customs at the baggage claim hall, they can go directly to the Airport Express Airport Station platform from the arrival hall. They can board the Airport Express train to the city and exit the gate with their ticket or QR code. Departing passengers enter the gate at the city station and board the Airport Express train. After getting off at the Airport Station, they can go directly to the airline counter in the departure hall of the airport passenger terminal (7th floor) to register.
Airport Express Tsing Yi Station
Tsing Yi Station is located in the center of a large development near Tsing Yi North Bridge. The station is covered by a shopping and entertainment mall designed with an ocean concept - Maritime Square. Tsing Yi Station is well connected. Passengers can take the MTR and other means of transportation to the station. The station also has a large number of parking spaces for drivers.
Airport Express Hong Kong Station
Hong Kong Station is located in the heart of the Central business and shopping district. It is connected to the Central MTR Station, making it convenient for passengers to travel to various parts of Hong Kong and Kowloon. Passengers can take the MTR or other public transportation to Hong Kong Station. In addition, there are plenty of parking spaces for passengers at the station.
Airport Express Kowloon Station
Kowloon Station is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, the southern end of West Kowloon, and is a collection of residential, commercial, retail and parking facilities. Kowloon Station is conveniently accessible by MTR and other means of transportation. The comprehensive shopping mall Elements located at Kowloon Station covers an area of about 900,000 square feet and has introduced a variety of well-known merchants, allowing you to shop to your heart's content.

Airport Express passengers can go to the counters at Hong Kong or Kowloon Station to get their boarding passes and check in their baggage from 90 minutes and up to 24 hours before flight departure. (Passengers must use their Octopus or Airport Express tickets to enter the downtown check-in area. The fare will be deducted in advance when entering the check-in area, and will not be deducted again when entering the platform.)
Baggage checked in at the city check-in counter must not exceed 145cm (length) x 100cm (width) x 85cm (height) and must not weigh more than 32kg. If you have any questions, please contact Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Airlines or Airport Express station staff.

4. Other Services of Hong Kong Airport Express
1. Hotel car service
Currently, some hotels provide limousine services to and from the Airport Express Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station. Passengers can wait for the ride in the hotel’s limousine waiting area. Details:

2. Free MTR shuttle service
Passengers can enjoy the free MTR shuttle service by using the same Octopus with available fare and transferring to the Airport Express/any MTR journey, including Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations (except Light Rail, MTR Bus and East Rail Line First Class) at Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi stations within 1 hour. If passengers first take the MTR and then transfer to the Airport Express, the free offer applies to the journey with the lower fare. If transferring via Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui stations, the transfer must be completed within 30 minutes.
Note: Guests holding Airport Express tickets or passenger product tickets are not eligible for this free MTR shuttle service!
3. Free train WI-FI wireless broadband service
All Airport Express trains provide free Wi-Fi wireless broadband service to passengers. Passengers can use portable devices with built-in Wi-Fi function to enjoy high-speed Internet access.
How to connect to a free WI-FI network:
1. Go to "Settings" > Turn on Wi-Fi > Select the network name "MTR Free Wi-Fi"
2. Open your browser and accept the terms
3. Enjoy Wi-Fi service to your heart’s content!
4. Free charging equipment service in designated carriages
During the journey, Airport Express passengers do not need to worry about running out of power for their portable electronic devices. Both the front and rear carriages of the Airport Express train are equipped with charging facilities, allowing passengers to charge their mobile communication devices such as mobile phones and computers.
