Eligibility

[Group Lesson] Participants must be at least 8 years old to join this activity: Children aged 8-17 can take the kids' course, which runs at the same time as the adult course. Children under 9 must have at least one parent in the water with them, and the accompanying parent cannot participate in the surfing lesson during this time.
[Private Lesson] Participants must be at least 5 years old to join this activity. Children under 9 must have at least one parent in the water with them, and the accompanying parent cannot participate in the surfing lesson during this time.
How to use
ReplyDelete1. Your booking requires reconfirmation. If successful, the e-confirmation will be sent directly to your email. If unsuccessful, we'll contact you for modifications or refund.
2. Recommended items to bring: swimwear, towel, hat, sunscreen, water bottle, and beach shoes.
3. Get a ride to the Surfers Paradise meeting point (please arrive at least 15 minutes early)

Get A Ride Kuantan meeting point (please arrive 15 minutes early)
You can navigate there by searching for Kurrawa Surf Club, Go Ride a Wave - Broadbeach, or the specific address: Beachside Old Burleigh Rd, Broadbeach, Queensland 4218.
Please note: The meeting point is not inside the Kurrawa Surf Club store, but in the open parking lot of Kurrawa Surf Club. Upon arrival at the parking lot, please locate the Get A Ride vehicle and check in with the staff to begin your trip.

Our surf school is dedicated to offering fun, safe, simple, and effective surfing lessons for learners of all ages, regardless of swimming ability, as well as travelers. Group classes have a maximum of 7 students per instructor, with options for 1-on-1 or small-group private lessons. All training equipment is provided free of charge.
Go Ride A Wave is a large professional surfing school in Australia, with multiple locations across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Great Ocean Road. With over 35 years of teaching experience, certified instructors provide soft beginner surfboards. Lessons are conducted in waist-deep, safe waters. Anyone can easily and safely try surfing, and even capture photos to create unique memories of their Australian adventure.
